Horrible location. Just book elsewhere
You're better off going to a motel 6 I've been to ones nicer than this place. Someone was smoking dope in front of my door and left it right on my AC unit. They have people living there like a motel. The pool wasn't open and it's summer so that sucks. There was trash that was there from when I checked in on Monday until I checked out on Saturday look it up on Google I posted pictures of the trash that was left for days. One was taken on Monday another was taken on Wednesday and it was still their own Saturday when I checked out. Check in is a nightmare the security guard didn't know what the heck was going on. Just book at a motel 6 because those are a lot nicer than this place

Worth a try!
The stay was great! Front desk staff was wonderful & accommodating. Hotel itself, bit worn down. (Grassy areas need to be redone & updated eco friendly would be a suggestion.) The Room on the other hand: surprisingly perfect. Had a mico/mini fridge, great counter space and room was just great. Tons of stuff to watch on thier tv. No streaming was amazing.

I reserved this hotel because it had a pool. We got there pool is closed. No coffee maker is room. If we wanted Ice we had to drive to the restaurant on the other side. Mini fridge was not working right. Bed was uncomfortable

No hotel staff present even though we showed up during open hours. Poor communication and front security let every car through and there was a lady dumpster diving outside our room with an unleashed dog

old, outdated, no management
when we checked in, they told us the pool is out of service, No coffeemaker in the room or in the lobby, no towels , nobody answer our calls, they didn't make the room next day and manager kept apologizing but nothing was satisfactory.

Peaceful Stay
Excellent customer service. The place was quiet and I slept like a baby. The room had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable. My daughter & I visited the fitness center. It was super clean, and it has enough equipment. In general, it was a peaceful stay. My only concern is that they need to put more attention in the cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom and bed sheets.

Not enough staff. We needed extra towels. Dialed 0 for assistance, never answered. I had to call from my cellphone to get a response. The tv internet didn't work when we first got there called the office, no one cane to help. I was going to go to office but luckily the maintenance guy was out and i got him to help. So staffing was horrible.

Check in was difficult and our 1st room smelled, smoke alarm was on the counter, the fridge did not work, and the TV did not work, and we did not have enough towels. Front desk did not have a towel, but they put us in a new room, which was much better. We had a night walker above our room, walked a few hours first night and all night our 2nd night with shoes on and the ceiling is paper thin, but the walls were better because we did not hear anyone else. Front desk was unavailable and unreachable, we needed to solve someone walking all night with shoes on, but could not find or reach anyone. We ended up leaving a day early, but couldn't check out because we couldn't find/reach anyone. Also, we booked this place because of the pool and tennis courts, but the pool was closed and tennis was not part of the hotel and that office was closed when we walked over to find out how to use the courts.

Hotel was acceptable but not amazing. Every part of the facility, from the hotel check in office to the golf shop, looked like someone’s personal storage space. We locked ourselves out of our room at 7am, and there was no one in the front office and no one answering the phone when we called. We had to ask for help at the front gate. They had security let us in, but since they don’t have access to hotel registration info, they didn’t ask for IDs to confirm it was our room and just let us in. Golf carts weren’t fully charged and were dying before we were done. We even exchanged a cart and got another that wasn’t charged all the way. This place could use some better management.

The photos of this resort are deceiving. While the surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are not quite to a level of even mediocracy. The location of the check in area is not well-marked and the staff was rude. We did not even stay in our room and booked a different hotel room in the area after seeing the condition of the room we were assigned.

We were at this resort for 5 days. We made several requests for a trash can, ice, working refrigerator, clean towels and sheets. Day 3 we got the new fridge & trash can. They put the ice in the trash can for us. Disgusting! The evening of Day 4, we received clean towels and sheets but our room was not serviced. Items were just thrown on the bed for us to do ourselves. The manager was never around to discuss the issues in person but promised a phone call. Which we never received.

We had a great time staying here. It was quiet and comfortable. The only thing is there was no ice machine and our phone didn't work so I couldn't call the office, other than that it was great.

Worst hotel stay of my life
Well, as soon as I opened the door, the mattresses were upright, no sheets furniture was turned upside down. Bed bug bombs were everywhere. We were checking in after midnight, as we were traveling, so there was no one at the front desk and nothing to be done. This was a first and a horrible experience

stayed during coachella weekend as we did attend the festival, our last night at the festival we got back to our room to find our room keys stopped working. we were locked out of our room and staff was no where to be found, the front where we checked in was closed and nobody was around. had to ask the people at the gate for help when they said they would send a patrol car to help us with our room, took close to an hour waiting for them to come. super unfortunate and inconvenient that no one was around to help.

The room was pretty dirty. We didn’t receive clean towels when we checked in. We stayed there for Coachella and the check in process was unclear and inconvenient. The golf course area was nice and the pool was open.

Checked in for 3 nights for Coachella weekend. Considering it was a last minute availability and more affordable than the other listings, it was a nice place. The room itself was very spacious and clean with the exception of cobwebs in the corner and the broken doorway. They said check in was at 4 but our room was still not cleaned by the time we checked in at 455. Since we didn’t spend much time in the room because we were at Coachella, it was a nice place. If I was there for any other reason that would require me to stay in the room for long periods of time, I would not recommend staying here. The only way to get ice was in the restaurant two lots over. And the hotel front desk was in the golf shop. Was walking distance from the Empire Polo Grounds which was nice. Staff seemed bothered that we told them the door would not shut to our room at first.

Got there at four because we were told our room would be ready at 3. walked in to check in was told our room was never cleaned and that we would get in at 5. A whole hour ?? The reason we got this room was so my daughter could get ready for prom. We were told to wait at the restaurant and someone would get us. about 5:10 comes along and I send my daughter to see how much longer the wait will be. She comes back and says that the lady said ‘just go back and i’ll come get you when you’re room is ready’ about another 10 minutes later the front desk lady finally says that our room is ready and sends us on our way. We rush to the room so that my daughter can start getting ready. As my five year old walks in to use the bathroom she slips and falls on a puddle of BLEACH. Now she’s crying cause she fell on her bottom, she older daughter is trying to comfort her while i try and call the front desk where no one answers. It was a whole mess. after i picked my daughter up from prom we left. didn’t even stay the night.

Use as a last resort only!
The check-in is really hard to find. They don't update their signage to make it easy to find. The front desk seemed annoyed about me trying to check-in. They offered a late check out for 4pm when I checked-in. And the front person the next day didn't allow for it. The room is clean, the internet is horrible and when they close the office at 6pm, you have no one to get in touch with.

Upon booking, Orbitz states that you need to check-in before midnight however I arrived at 11 and they had said the person checking people in has already left for the evening. I needed to wait for a long time before the security could even get me into the room using the master key. Furthermore, they did not give me a key.

The checking in was confusing. The check in was not at the hotel itself. We had to check in at the club house, across the complex. We arrived after dark and it was not very well lighted. The room was very nice.
