"The renovations are lovely! We have stayed here years ago. Breakfast is very nice. That's a lot of stairs for elderly guests, perhaps more help could be offered."
"We stayed at LegoLand Hotel the start of September 2025. Very close to the airport and buses run there every 30 mins. Easy check in and straight to the room. Lovely and clean and well set out rooms. A wonderful short break and we did Legoland and the lego house. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice stay at this well maintained hotel. Great staff and the dining for the breakfast was wonderful! We also dined twice in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal both times. Will stay here again if we’re back in Billund!"

"From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt welcome. The front desk booked a taxi for me and arranged a breakfast to go at 4 AM. I was served by three different staff members and all were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Billund Lodge. "
"We traveled from Canada to attend a Viking lifesaving course and stayed here for the week. After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay.
They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we are very grateful for the excellent service.
