"Being in the hotel industry, I thoroughlycheck rooms all the time for cleanliness. No matter what hotel chain I stay in usually I always find something left behind from another guest. I found a little dust behind the TV cabinet and the bedside tables. Otherwise the room was extremely clean. Bathroom was clean and in good working order, shower was great powerful and clean. A small continental breakfast was included and worked out just perfectly for what I needed. Airport shuttle was on time and location was still close to the airport since I had a flight early in the morning. The alarm clock could be replaced as the buttons are hard to work on the top and don’t always go to where they need to be to work properly. I got it to work after messing with the buttons for about 10 minutes."

"Clean room with 2 king sized beds amply accommodated a family of 4 adults. Staff was helpful with the checkin process and allowed my daughter to check in first even though I booked the room. Airport shuttle was convenient and friendly. Got the 4 of us with 8 pieces of luggage to the airport on time in the morning."

"Despite informing the hotel in advance that I would be checking in late at night, I found the entrance closed on arrival and had to wait outside in the cold, repeatedly buzzing the door until someone finally came to open it. Basic bathroom toiletries (soap and shampoo) were missing from the room. The front desk apologised and sent them over promptly, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it did reflect poorly on housekeeping attention to detail. The breakfast area is quite small, and I often had to wait for a table. In addition, several breakfast items would run out well before the scheduled closing time, and staff did not seem proactive about replenishing them"
