โThe hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!โ
โAll of the staff were helpful, polite, respectful, and made me feel at home. I would stay at this Hilton again if I visited my family who live in Buffalo again.

โWe always stay at the residence inn when visiting Buffalo. It is an extremely spacious room with a full refrigerator and lots of space to relax outside of the bed area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the free self parking is s great asset. The room cost is also very competitive based on the room amenities. We will continue to stay at the residence inn any time we are in Buffalo. โ
โThis inn was beautiful! So many beautiful rooms and the basement billiard room was amazing. The owner was so kind and greeted us warmly. It was close to Buffalo State where we dropped our daughter off and was close to shopping and dining options. โ
โI stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.โ
