“A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms.”

“Property perfectly sited in heart of Mastichari. Welcome at airport by Michael and son. No criticism whatsoever as they made us feel welcome. Problem is with the local authorities who for many years have allowed the area around the pier to smell strongly of raw sewage. I feel very sorry for owners such as Michael who, try their best but seem to be hampered by a local authority who do not care.”

“This is a great hotel in a great location with a perfect beach and pool area. The location is quite remote so you do rely on hotel catering for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options. The a la carts dinner menu however I found quite limited and given the prices average. One evening in particular I waited so long for food that when it arrived I sent it away hunger over! Had it not been for Maria the concierge manager I would have complained even more but she...
