Shuttle was a great perk as the villa is away from the main strip which was great for relaxing and the views. Would stay again without hesitation. "We stayed 5D/4N, out of which the water pump was not working on our first 2 days/nights. The staff reacted quickly and came over to the villa to temporarily fix it (so that we could have water running in the showers, toilets and sinks). This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable especially since we had elderly and children in our group. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that housekeeping would occur every 2 days. However, in reality housekeeping only occurred on Day 2 and never again....

"We loved our stay as a big group and everyone had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and housekeeping came every day and cleaned kitchen and every room. Host Razzaq was very friendly and helpful. He was available 24/7 and responded our texts timely manner. House was very spacious and view and sunset was unbelievable!!! Would highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Phuket, Thailand."

"The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price."
