The owner Marcus is a wonderful host that sees to it that your stay is everything it can be. The food is wonderful and the chef comes to see that you are pleased with your meal. The rooms are clean with comfy beds. This is a very safe property that goes out of its way to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This place is such a gem! The ambience is peaceful and beautifully kept, perfect for relaxation. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The owner was so welcoming and made sure everything was just right for our stay. Everything was perfect and I cannot wait to book another stay here. The food at the restaurant was superb as well!

The owner and staff were very polite and kind. The bathroom was very new and clean. The room was spacious the bed was comfortable. The food was very good, the beach was a short walk, there were many places to walk to for food, shopping and drinks.

Clean room and friendly staff

Perfect for a 3 star hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Really lovely bathroom with a nice shower. Friendly staff - owner was welcoming. On quite a noisy busy street so maybe not the best for family’s but it is tucked away so you don’t feel like there’s chaos once you’re in the hotel. Loved the bar area in pool also!

The Cottage Suvarnabhumi 4/5 Pleasing We stayed in family room and it was spacious and in good condition.Very friendly staff.Bathroom was renovated 👍 but weak water pressure in the shower...still manageable. Nice pool area. Restaurant and bar on resort property. We didn't eat there but seem to be busy all the time so should be good. After all i would recommend this for budget travelers and i would stay there again.

This could be a great place with some investment in the right areas Aircon was not working in one room I checked the filters and looks like not had a service in a while I cleaned and re fitted and Aircon was cold again, I would only stay here if things are updated. Positive very big rooms, nice small pool Did not have food so can't comment

Kamala tropical garden

Good place to stay , nice garden , pool and its a little random if you get 2 towels or 4 towels. Water boiler , coffe or tea or not . Cups but no coffe . No "free water" . Breafast and meals can be orderd , and I really liked the Farmer bread they serve . I liked this hotel , even with its few negative or weired suprises . Its friendly service , and short walking distance . Some noise at night , from neighbourhood and music from bars , and from the hotel friendly dog , wanting some attention :) All in all : Good !

nice rooms but could be better

hotel just off main road, about 10mins walk to centre/beach. Decent rooms, good value with quiet fridge, safe & great shower but bathroom smelt of drains often & towels rail missing.....some tlc needed. Staff were nice.Our room was right next to the bar & many other rooms also in clear earshot....bar was very noisy with people until late& then loud music started again at 8am so not very peaceful.. When we arrived it was a buddha day meaning all bars were closed (restaurants sold alcohol in 'coffee cups') consequently bar at this hotel packed at 4pm. We were quickly shown to our room but little information given (eg time restaurant open for breakfast) & didnt feel very welcome more interuption to drinkers. We also had a storage box for ice/empty bottles right next to our patio door (& do very close to our bed) with bottles clanging till very late 1st night & early next morning....this was moved when i asked but should never have been there in first place

We arrived in the evening and the room was awful! So bad that we checked out the next more. The owner insisted we pay the total price or he would call the police. There was limited furniture, bed mattress was awful, dirty towel in bathroom, bugs on wall, no toiletries, threadbare towels. It was rated high and we were appalled. Old men with very young girls. I would like some $ back since it said no show would be the cost if one night. We can send photos. The owner was angry, but there was no way to fix this place. Pool and pool furniture was awful and soiled as well. Take this off your site! We moved to a hotel in Patong Beach.We had an awful time getting a taxi out of there. Worst experience with a hotel in all our travels!

Très bon hôtel, propre, avec une piscine agréable. Les femmes de l’accueil sont vraiment très gentilles, accueillantes et toujours souriantes. Le propriétaire est même venu se présenter, c’est une personne très sympathique. Le seul petit défaut de l’hôtel est qu’il est assez bruyant le soir, car un bar se trouve à côté. Possibilité de louer des scooter sur place ou il a possibilité d’en louer juste à côté
