โAll good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough.โ
โWonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.

โOverall a great choice for us: good location on the waterfront with a large park right across the street, many good food options and shopping malls within waking distance, easy and cheap Grab rides to area attractions, friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet, room service food that exceeded our expectations, nice outdoor swimming pool and sitting area with a view. โ
โWhat can i say at about this hotel, its stunning. We went in May and stayed for 3 nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay from the hotel room to the the gorgeous bathroom to staff to the food, it was simply divine. We were looked after from the moment we arrived. We travelled with our som and had two rooms. The food in the restaurant was amazing, i would definitely recommend it. I would love to go back. I especially loved their laksa cookies. Hope to go back to the hotel in the future. Well done...
