“I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help. “Bed not comfy. Pillow too high. Big Bedroom on 3rd flr, one section (nearer the entrance bed) can't feel the aircon draft and warm even with fan. Staff service is superb. Very assuring and attentive. Very nice villa and awesome view of sea.”
