“The description of a chic 4 star hotel is definitely lost in translation. I was surprised to see how outdated the hotel floor’s interior was as well as the bathrooms. To be honest I chose NOT to use the shower and thank goodness I travel with no water needed full body bath wipes. The bathroom was old and needed several upgrades. “The hotel is in need of major renovations. Poor quality food, various funny smells around the property. It didn't feel clean. Don't understand how this property could be rated as 5 star.”

“The room was a nice size, the bed was amazing and comfortable. The bathroom, was amazingly clean with a great shower. There were also some extras that were unexpected!! Dental kit, (a godsend for me when I realised that I had forgotten my toothbrush!) a sewing kit, cotton wool, tissues, shoe cleaner, and a shaving kit, Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day.
