“Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war immer frisch und reichlich. Die beiden Restaurants sind sehr hübsch, das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen zu Gerichten wird versucht, das Gericht zu erklären. Wenn man allerdings länger als eine Woche im Hotel verbringt, wäre es gut, wenn die Speisekarte der Halbpension wechseln würde. Bei der morgendlichen Frage nach dem Restaurant fürs Abendessen, wird jeden Tag aufs neue versucht die...

“As a group of three I booked a double bed and two singles then I got a message informing me that the room I booked is not available so they will put me in a smaller one which has a double bed and a sofa bed. When you say that the room is available and you let people book it and pay for it you should give them that they have paid for it. The room was nice for a couple but no more than two people there was only a mirror in the bathroom to get ready to go out it took us forever.”

“This is our second stay, in June, 2 years in a row. The room was lovely as it was the year before. We were able to get a swim up room this year and loved it. We never had what some others have mentioned, lack of hot water in the shower. The food at the breakfast buffet was wonderful and not exactly the same every day, very thankful for that. Lucata for my birthday dinner was unbelievably good and service in all restaurants was top notch. The building numbers and elevators can be a bit confusing...
