The staff, especially Kat at the front desk, was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She was one of the best receptionists I've encountered in a long time. Additionally, the overnight staff member (a gentleman whose name i unfortunately forgot) was very pleasant and professional. Their excellent service made a positive impression.
What I didn't like:
One of the female staff members was rude, which was disappointing compared to the great service from Kat and the overnight staff. The biggest issue, however, was that the property is pet-friendly, but there seemed to be no enforcement of rules for pet owners. Dogs were barking throughout the night, making it impossible to ger proper rest.
Overall Experience:
While I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of some staff members, I would not stay at this hotel again or at any hotel that is pet-friendly unless they implement better policies to ensure a quiet and restful stay for all guests.
