At check in, the front desk clerk barely said two words to us. He didn’t even tell us our room number, just handed us our keys and walked away. Then, the shower in our room didn’t work. We only got a hotel to get some sleep in the middle of a long road trip, so we didn’t stay long enough to try to get it fixed, so we didn’t even get to shower. Parking was a nightmare. Semi trucks (with their trailers!) were parked across multiple spots in the small parking lot and the spots are so narrow that most of the spots that were “open” couldn’t be used because the vehicles on either side of them were right on the line. We will not be staying here again.

I have taken the liberty of contacting Expedia regarding a full refund for last night's stay as this is not the level of service that we pride ourselves on providing.

In general 5/5 stars staff was very friendly the room was very clean the area was nice there are some businesses near by. If I go back to KC I for sure will be staying here

Even though this property is more than 35 years old, it was well maintained and had the feel of a new property. It was updated nicely, and staff made check-in easy and efficient. Rooms were small, but nice. Breakfast was a hit with the family.

Staff was very average, not very knowledgeable about most items. They did not know about location of visitor attractions or transportation. The front desk staff was mostly nice but not exceptional. Aaron was very nice and helpful. The breakfast bar staff was very nice and very accommodating. The big complaint we have is being placed next door to a guest with a large dog that howled when it needed to be walked. There was a sign that said no pets except service animals. It did not seem to be a service animal. The next time I will preselect an upper floor room and prefer not to be placed near an animal owner. I would not choose this hotel under most circumstances.

The property was fine. I had book a room that stated… sleeps 5. So.. was thinking there was a pull out bed. There was not. I called front desk.. they said no.. we have a roll away if you would like.. for a charge. Not what I booked.

The trash can in front of hotel was over flowing every time i walked by. Their beds are the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed at. The pillows weren't great so we brought our own. Great hotel
