The staff are amazing and very helpful. The layout of the hotel is up to date and modular. Its comfortable all the way around. Unfortunately there are signs of aging which have not gotten attention in some areas. The loveseat in the room had pretty rough fabric and the cushions were lumpy. The toilet had scratches on the seat. Compared to the lobby, the room was not as impressive. But again, the service (polite, efficient and helpful) made up for it. The area around the hotel is drab but that good motivation to take the StreetCar the station of which is a few yards away.

Couldn't fulfill the room I reserved, they were out. Sent me to 5, FIVE different rooms before they finally admitted they didnt have the room I booked and the one I got smells like cigarettes. They claimed Expedia doesnt have their inventory and were not willing to offer anything for the bait and switch until I called Expedia.
