Our room smelled horribly of smoke when we first walked in. Talked to the front desk and they got us a new room within 20 minutes!

The front desk attendant was very personable, helpful, and attentive. We asked for extra bedding and a couple of other needs, and she quickly and cheerfully took care of our needs. The suite was extra spacious, comfortable, and just the right temperature. Breakfast was great! We were a little disappointed the pool was closed, but everything else made up for it.

Dirty, unsafe, and previously had bed bugs. Cracks in the wall and the smell is bad. We left bc we felt so unsafe and they refused a refund.

I am very unhappy with this reservation. I paid $375 for one night, and the wallpaper is peeling off, there is no hot water in the shower, dirty washclothes left in my shower, two towels, no shampoo, or soap, etc. Extremely outdated. Not near the stadium. Very disappointed. Also the pool is closed. Not coming here again.

The walls around the hotel are filthy like they haven't seen paint in 20 years the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors talking and walking through the hallway, the doors are so thin I heard very un-kid friendly noises. They say they provide things you forgot but they don't have stock. The only thing I liked was the dove shampoo and soap they provide. Would not recommend especially at this price.

The staff was very nice! The room was clean aside from a glue trap with a tiny dead snake and possibly a scorpion. Outside, on the left side of the building, smelled like cat pee. Overall, it was pretty nice. I would stay there again.

Disappointed
Our stay was fine for the quick trip to see a game. Basically just a place to sleep so we didn't have high expectations but, it was disappointing for the price due to the condition of the property. The beds were comfortable and the sheets seemed clean as did the bathroom, but the rest of the room and hotel in general seemed run down and dirty...carpet, walls, furniture, and the door to our room could use a good wipe down. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was old, and could you a good cleaning job. The service was great, but i didn't feel i was in the best of neighborhoods.

Comfy and clean
Our stay was great! We were in a huge room with a patio. The bed was super comfy, The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. I was able to take a long shower without the hot water running out, which is a big deal to me. It’d be cool if there were chairs on the patio to relax in while I sat outside but overall a fantastic experience.
