It was very peaceful and quiet and the staff wzs very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The omly thing i didn't like was there was no cofee in the morning. Other than that it was excellent

people staying around us were respectful . however the rooms & property was disgusting , infested with roaches and gnats . i couldn’t even take a bite of my food without being swarmed by gnats . roaches was coming out from the pictures behind the bed frames , overall the cleanliness of this place is 0/10. front desk staff was nice and respectful but there was hardly ever anybody in the front office .

Will never stay here again

First, let me say the staff i interacted with was courteous and accomodating. When we arrived at 930pm there was no one at the front desk. Sign said dial "0" for late check-in. After 15 mins repeat dialing with no answer, finally the national hotline picked up and called the person directly. He was nice and stated that "she" was supposed to be at the desk until 10pm. We got to our room and there was an extremely loud high pitched noise coming from the fan in the bathroom, like an alarm sound. Moved to another room. The smell of weed was so strong in the entire hotel that we slept with the window open even though it was freezing rain outside. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies due to the filth on the walls, floors, and bath (including what looked like a blood stain on the bedroom wall. Then there was the bugs...cockroaches, termites, ants and unidentifiable. I do not expect luxury accommodations at this price, but this was beyond bad.

If I could leave negative stars I would, the room was so dirty and unkept it was disgusting. The place reeked of cigarette's and MJ. There were stains and holes on the wall. The fridge door was dirty, the trash right outside the lobby was overflowing the trash. Not to mention the customer service from the front desk ladies, very unkind treatment to the guests, us included. Is this how you want to attract customers? We are coming from out of the country to visit for the World Cup and this treatment was very uncalled for.

overpriced by a large margin for the quality of the room. bathroom was missing trim on mirror. the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower was not secured in a way to prevent other guests from adding their own "ingredients" and the shampoo was not filled up. the shower tube had damage to it. the headboard had alot of dust and junk on it. $170+ to sleep here was a rip.
