“객실은 요청시에만 청소”

“Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

“Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

“Not worth this price. And don't know how the rate is so high. Its actually a 3 star hotel charge more than it should be.”

“Location is in the heart of the Power & Light district. Public transit provides an option to driving or purchased transport. Excellent value for the location.”

“Like it overall. But the room by the street can be a little bit noisy. Hotel front desk staffs are friendly and nice, but the breakfast waiter and waitress doesn’t greet us and introduce us to seats so we decided to leave.”

“호텔앞 직원-짐들어주고 문여는-은 별로였다....호텔에 도착해서 무거운 짐을 나르는 중에도 거의 신경도 쓰지 않고 인사는 커녕 짐도 들어주지 않아서 무거운 짐좀 들어주라고 얘기를 해야 겨우 들어주었다... 대체적으로 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았음”

“Very clean, boujee feel, and super nice staff!”

“super nice and clean!!”

“Great stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“Breakfast was lacking but everything else was great.”

“absolutely great stay. All was convenient.”
