“Gut und sauber”

“The hotel was old, but well maintained and very clean. The lobby and bar look nice, so they updated some parts. The pool was smaller than expected and appeared to be a bit outdated. My biggest problem was the pool filter machine(?) was so noisy that I couldn't nap at all. And the air conditioner was so incredibly loud that I had to turn it off at night to sleep. The elevator also broke down once and the poor valet guy had to carry my big suitcase down two staircases! The staff are very...

“The room was spacious, but not comfortable. The swimming pool has a great view. We enjoyed the pool.”

“My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Lae Lay Suites—it felt like a quiet little sanctuary tucked away from the main resort crowds. Having a spacious suite with our own private balcony looking out over the hills and ocean was a huge highlight, especially for sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset. The staff treated us like family, and the prices were insanely reasonable for how much room we had. The only real caveat is that it's perched up on a hill, so after a long day at...
