1. 손자국과 머리카락이 많아요. 2. 체크인 느려요 3. 체크아웃 완전 대박 느려요. 심지어 기달려달라고 해서 기다렸는데.. 너무 않와서 가보았더니 문제없다고 가라고 하고 .. 일에 순서가 있는건지 원. 4. 풀사이드와 연결되어있어 풀장이용이 완전 편해요 5. 수영장 작아요. 루프탑은 수영장이 아니예요. (보지 못해서 평을 못함) 6. 다른 관광지 사원등과 같은 곳이 가까워요. 7. 진입로가 짜증나요 8. 더러운것 빼고 가격대비 만족

해변에서는 조금 멀지만 호캉스를 즐기기에 매우 적합하고, 가까운 해변까지 무료 셔틀이 있어서 해변에서 노실 분들도 좋은 것 같습니다

교통 불편과. 조식 별로임...

외부나 비치로 나가는 셔틀이 하루 중 몇번 안되고 그나마 정원이 마감되어 못 타는 경우가 많았으며, 푸켓은 택시나 그랩택시를 부르면 5분거리에 400바트를 줘야해서 주로 호텔안에서 있어야 해서 많이 불편 했습니다ᆞ호텔 수영장도 사진처럼 크지 않고 조그만하며, 식당도 한곳뿐이고 아주 작은 호텔이라 하루 종일 보내기엔 할것이 별로 없습니다.. 조식은 형편 없으나 직원들은 아주 친절 했습니다. 다음엔 가고 싶지 않은 호텔 입니다..

We provide 6 times / shuttle bus to the beach which is almost every hour but we will make it more in the future. The taxi price is not that expensive, 400 Baht is the regular price for going to Patong area which is around 10 km away. Or else you were just overcharged. 해변의 접근성은 멀지만 그나머진 100점

카타의 야마를 추천합니다 제목처럼 해변의 접근정은 좋지않습니다 호델의 톡톡이가 한시간간격으로 다니긴 하지만요 하지만 아침에 조식은 기대 이상이였으면 직원들의 태도는 훌륭했습니다 굿이 복잡한 해변을 가지 않아도 여유로운 시간을 즐기며 가족이나 연인들과 깨끗한 풀장에서 즐기는 수영 직원들의 친절함 야마호텔에서 보는 일몰 그일몰을 감상하며 수영하는 기분등은 평생 잊지 못할것 같습니다. 특히 바의 fook씨 고마웠어요 별 다섯개를 아낌없이 주고 싶고 접근성을 고러하여도 가성비 최고의 호델입니다.

발코니가 괜찬은 호텔

호텔 직원들과 청결도는 매우 만족합니다. 그런데 비치까지 거리가 조금 멉니다. 걸어서 가기에는 무리가 있습니다. 시간대로 버스를 운영해서 해변에 들리기에는 괜찬지만 버스 시간에 맞춰야 한다는게 조금 불편합니다. 그리고 프론트와 같은 층 방이었는데 발코니 커튼을 열면 수영장에서 수영하는 사람들이 보입니다. 반대로 보여지기도 하죠. 발코니 바닥에 물이 흘러서 의자에 앉아있으면 수영장에 있는기분도 들고 좋았지만 방에서 편히 쉴려면 커튼을 닫고 있어야 한다는 것이 조금 불편합니다. 발코니와 비치가 조금 멀다는거 말고는 그외 것들은 전부 만족할만한 호텔이었습니다.

Great hotel with poor location

The hotel was nice but it was so so soooo far from kata beach. It says it takes twenty min from the hotel to the beach by walk but you wouldnt want to walk there. It takes around fifty min and its quiet steel when u walk from the beach to the hotel. The shuttle bus the hotel offers is not a bus but tuk tuk. The hotel runs it three times a day but not enough. Overall it was nice except poor location. If u want to relax i can recommnd it but if u want to go to a beach more often u should remember this is not the hotel.

The Yama Hotel is located not far from hustle bustle tourist area however it is far enough to be quiet and relaxing as it is tucked in the mountain side. We enjoyed 7 nights and 8 days, staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially Spy, Tong, Khom and Nate, very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the fully airconditioning, clean room, house kept every day - cleaner cleaned every day very good. Then we enjoyed swimming in their pool every night, relaxing in the spa as well as having cocktails. They have happy hour for cocktails and juices oh boy they were delicious. Our room had 180 degree mountain view and ocean view- although it faces highway, we loved the room because of the amazing view and we could watch what is happening on the street at the same time. If I ever go to Thailand we will only be staying at Yama hotel. It really impressed us, thank you to everyone who works at Yama.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Also, it separates the bathroom and toilet, which is quite good! The view outside the balcony is stunning with the sunset. However, the location is a bit far from the stores and restaurants. You might find that inconvenient if you don’t rent a motorbike. Overall, I rated it 4/5 scores as it is still a comfortable hotel, which I may revisit in the future.

The hotel staff were kind. The room was clean. There were amenities, but was no hair conditioner. If you need, you should bring yours.

Pour les amateurs de calme

Un peu excentré de kata beach et son agitation nocturne. Havre de paix. Chambre spacieuse. Proprete ok. Location scooter a 250 baths par jour indispensable pour autonomie car hotel un peu a l'écart et pas de passage taxi ou tuk tuk devant. Possibilite de commander par l'hôtel mais prix different. Nous n'avons pas testé le service de navette pour kata beach qui se trouve à 5 minutes en scooter.
