가성비, 친절한 직원들, 훌륭한 입지, 네팔이 처음이라면 이곳을 추천합니다.
너무나도 호텔 직원들이 친절합니다. 많은 호텔들을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 친절한 직원들을 만나본 적이 없었던 거 같습니다. 아울러 가성비가 최고이며, 대로에서 좀 안쪽으로 들어와 있는 위치인 관계로 밤에도 시끄럽지 않습니다. 바로 인근에 관광지인 Garden of Dreams 도 있어서 잠깐 짬이 날때 방문도 가능합니다. 마지막 날에 감동의 Farewell Cake도 레스토랑에서 받았습니다. ^^ 장기투숙을 했고, 식당에서 주로 식사를 해서 아마도 직원들이 배려를 해줬던거 같습니다. 다음에 출장이나 여행을 가도 이곳에 다시 머무를 생각입니다. 식당 음식도 맛있는 편입니다. ^^; 처음 네팔 카트만두를 방문하시는 분중에서 가성비와 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔 그리고 좋은 입지를 찾는 분이라면 단연코 이곳을 주저없이 추천합니다. 참고로 위치는 쇼핑과 식사하기 좋은 타멜거리가 도보 10분이내에 위치해 있어 접근성도 아주 우수합니다. 해당 후기는 업체의 어떤 지원도 없는 개인 후기이므로 상업성이 없음을 알려드립니다. 그럼 네팔에서 멋진 추억을 만드시길 기원합니다. 추신) 호텔 직원인 Mina의 친절함에 감사드립니다.

I stayed there 8 nights for business. It was wonderful for me to stay and I will choose the same hotel for my next biz trip. The location was perfect to reach out everywhere in KVTA and at the same time it was very quite even in the thamel. Staff were friendly and ready to support me. Restaurants was very clean and the foods were delicious. I used a meeting room on the 6th floor and it was concenient and the price was reasonable. It was a great place to work and rest. I strongly recommend this hotel for business people like me.

메리어트 이름을 사용하는 이해안되는 환경을 제공하는 비추천/비호감 호텔.
가격대비 성능이 정말 떨어짐. 어떻게 메리어트 계열인지 모르겠음. 그 앞 아리야타라 호텔이 30%~40% 가격에 훨씬 더 낳은 환경을 제공함. 그러므로 비추천함.

Look no further! If you’re planning on staying in Kathmandu this is the hotel. Extremely clean safe property and the staff is experience and accommodating. The room was very clean. Nice faux wood floor with no carpeting. AC works great. Next to all the amazing shops in the mall easy access points to get to many of the surrounding temples. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning with local cuisine and fresh made omelette, fruit, and vegetable choices. I’d like to give an extra shout out to Riya, Priya, Gina, Aakrit, and Bina for going out of there way to make my experience so much better. I am looking forward to going back!

Amazing hotel, in a great location of Kathmandu. Very clean, great breakfast buffet. And probably the best thing about the hotel is the amazing service and staff. I will definitely be coming back, next time I’m in Kathmandu.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Beautiful properly, excellent location. Room spacious and well appointed. The staff is excellent: kind, attentive, always helpful. Food at the restaurant spectacular. Half the price of similar properties. Don’t miss it!

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Nice staff but not a good hotel
Unfortunately not a very good hotel. The air conditioner is blowing right in the bed, making it impossible to turn it on when you sleep. And when you turn the AC off there is no air left in the room. And unfortunately, it is not possible to open the window. So no ventilation in the room at all. When you shower the water from the shower goes into the bedroom. And you can smell mold in the room. The staff was however very friendly and tried to help us, but in the end, we had to change the hotel. And even if they were very nice, no offer to reduce the price for the one night that we spent. So I'm very sorry to say that I can not recommend this hotel.

NIce hotel in the Thamel area that is walking distance from most of the action. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms are good. The restaurant is nice with good breakfast and dinner options. Overall, a good experience.

We had many bags when we arrived from the airport. The staff helped to unload them from the taxis and stored them for us during our stay. They were able to get us checked in early and the staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was much more extensive than I expected. Worth the money for sure! We have stayed here a couple of times when traveling through Kathmandu and we will be coming back.

For the 5 nights I stayed, only the first night I had hot water for shower. The remaining 4 nights, the shower water was COLD. Complained to front desk, said other rooms had the same problem and they'd fix it within the day, but the water just never became hot. Complained again, and nothing changed. The front desk people didn't offer anything (partial refund, etc.) as a gesture for apology. Having cold shower for 4 days in a roll was such a terrible experience especially when you were staying in a reputable hotel and the staff just weren't being helpful. Also shower water flooded onto bathroom floor easily due to cracks of door. Else was ok, but overall disappointed with the service and conditions. Location is great, safe and quiet, and walkable to Thamel.
