There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, โno reservations are requiredโ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didnโt have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully...
โThe Hotel had already itโs best days but they do a good job. I was the only guest so sure no breakfast buffet, got only a soup and juice. No fruits. And the beach is dirty, but thatโs everywhere the same: nobody is responsible to clean up. โ
โThe bathroom was sparkling clean, with great water pressure. Towels and toiletries were provided in good condition. Itโs a great spot for solo travelers or couples. Easy access to the city center without being too noisy. I felt safe and well taken care of.โ
โThe property not as describe! Lots of issues such as missing lots of daily items, no towel, no hanger, the toilet was stuck and not able to use it! Will not recomend it!โ

Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
