Ka Ge Bay is a wonderful getaway from HCM, about 2.5 hrs away by car. The ocean is lovely (although I never swam in the ocean) to watch from the hotel. The staff were warm and friendly, although some were very inexperienced. Some went out of their way to make us feel comfortable (my wife loved the cassava cake and one member made sure she got a piece). We especially enjoyed Nhu in the restaurant. The Vietnamese food was quite good, but the chef was clearly not as comfortable with Western dishes and could use some additional coaching on them. The rooms were well kept and clean; in fact, I was impressed that the entire property looked almost new (this is an almost impossible task so close to the ocean). They served the same afternoon tea each day; I thought changing it wouldn't be that much more expensive, but it would add a lot. They should also consider offering more activities within the hotel, since there is very little to do in the immediate area. Overall, we were quite happy and would enjoy returning someday.

아주 오랜만에 재방문한 리조트였는데, 처음 방문했을때보다 전체적으로 리노베이션이 된듯한 느낌. 음식의 Quality가 첫방문때 수준보다는 약간 덜한 듯합니다. 투숙객이 생각보다 없어서 조용하게 휴식하기 좋습니다.

En fin plass

En deilig plass å slappe av i Vietnam. Veldig skjermet og privat, med gode fasiliteter og alltid god plass. Fire av fem stjerner siden badet hadde to sluk med problemer (badekar og dusj), som gjentok seg hele uken, fremfor å bli fikset skikkelig. De ansatte er flinke, men trenger litt mer opplæring, og det er ikke deres feil. Alle ansatte, fra gartnere til servitører er veldig høflige og serviceinnstilte. Utnytt mulighetene på plassen; gå langs stranden uten å bli plaget av andre, slapp av ved bassenget uten å bekymre deg for at noen har tatt solsengen din før frokost.

3度目の滞在。天国のようなリゾート。とても静かで美しいホテル。部屋も広く清掃も完璧。スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれるのでとても気持ち良かった。海に面したインフィニティのようなプールとその横でくつろぐだけで生きてて良かった！と思えます。レストランの食事や飲み物はも品数は多くないがリーズナブルでおいしい。絶対にまた行きたい。

Very relaxing and peaceful location, and an excellent place to unwind. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with different choices everyday for both western and local food. The two main swimming pools are excellent. The princess villa room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The four poster bed was also very comfortable, although the mosquito nets around the bed were needed !

Great Service!

We stayed in Princess d'An Nam for 5 nights and came there at the end of the new year celebration, which was a bonus. From the start the staff made us feel welcome, from the reception to the bar/restaurant. The hotel is quite remote, but the view and surroundings are perfect! It's not much more to say than that the food, the staff and the hotel itself is perfect. We got exactly what we were hoping for, and we are planning to return (first hotel i have ever wanted to go back to) Bonus: The fish is caught in the morning, the fruit and vegetables is grown right next to the hotel!

Very nice resort for a short break

This is a nice resort for someone who wants a short break. Even you have to take 4 hours train plus car from Saigon to go there. I think at the end it still worth it. The villa is very spacious and the little pool inside is nice. However this resort is a bit aged. I believe it must be spectacular when it first opened. The staff are very friendly but there are big rooms for improvement in their English level. This resort is located in the middle of no where, so it’s very quiet. But you also cannot go out to eat outside. Food in the restaurant is very pricy. It’s almost like double from a decent restaurant in Saigon. But the quality is not bad (but not excellent). After all, I would still highly recommend this resort for someone who either live in Saigon or you have been to Saigon many times and want a more relaxing weekend.

+ große zimmer + pool vor dem zimmer + unsagbar toller garten (und auch sehr gepflegt) + bett war sehr bequem - das resort muss dringend renoviert werden - das frühstück ist für ein 5 sterne hotel nicht angemessen - der service von der rezeption ist super. jeglichen service am pool haben wir vermisst und im restaurant mussten wir denn kaffee jeden morgen mehrmals bestellen wir würden es nicht empfehlen, da es dringend renoviert werden muss.

静謐な空気の、満足の行くリゾートでした

旧正月に5泊しました。宿泊客は、最初はベトナムの方ばかりでしたが、途中からは欧米人にシフトしました。 宿泊したのはプールに面したマンダリンスイートですが、部屋はきれいに保たれていて、清掃も行き届いていました。給湯が部屋ごとのタンク方式なので、バスタブいっぱいに湯を張ることはできませんが、シャワーは十分に使えます。 食事は洗練されていて、ローカルメニューもインターナショナルメニューも堪能しました。 スパだけは少し残念で、スタッフがスパルームに持ち込んだ携帯が鳴ったりして、若干不快なこともありましたが、マネージャーに話したらすぐに十分な対応を取ってくれました。ただ、スパならではの雰囲気を欠いていて、あまり贅沢な気持ちになれないところは改善の余地ありだと思います。 ともあれ、全体としては、なによりもとても静かな雰囲気に包まれている、満足の行くリゾートです。コストパフォーマンスも大変良く、ホーチミンシティから4時間かけて行く価値のある場所だと思います。

Mycket bra hotell med toppenservice men ligger lite off. När vi var där var det mängder av sandflugor och jag fick ca 50 bett som kliar fruktansvärt. De fans både på stranden och vid huvudpoolen. Mycket bra frukost men något dyrt att äta på kvällen och något alternativ fans inte.

Traumresort in herrlicher Lage

Das 5 Sterne-Resort der Kette "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" (eins von lediglich zweien in Vietnam) ist eine echte Perle und jede Empfehlung wert. Die Anlage ist von gediegenem, unprätentiösem Luxus geprägt. Es herrscht ungezwungenes, dennoch elegantes Ambiente. Eine herrliche Gartenanlage, diverse Pools, ein wunderbarer Strand, ein tolles Restaurant mit feiner variantenreicher Küche und ein stilvoller Spa-Bereich (die beiden letzteren mit vernünftigen, nicht überzogenen Preisen) fügen sich zu einem stimmigen und stimmungsvollen Bild zusammen. Das Resort ist für Paare und Familien gleichermaßen geeignet. Villen (mit kleinem eignenen Pool) und Zimmer mit großer Terrasse sind großzügig bemessen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Kein Kitsch, kein Protz. Der Service lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Man kann hier herrlich entspannen, die Seele baumeln lassen, sich verwöhnen lassen und zur Ruhe kommen. Nur wer permanente Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Ein Spitzenhotel an einem herrlichen Strand. Aber für die 180 km benötigt man 4 Stunden Autofahrt von Saigon aus. Ausserdem gibt es um das Hotel keinerlei Infrastruktur für Touristen, das heißt man ist quasi nur im Hotel - und das ist, weil 5 Sterne, recht teuer...

Very nice place but some issues.

Very good stay in this hotel. Very nice staf and service. Two issues however : the kids club is really a club (no schedules activity for kids - it’s just a room for kids) and the WiFi is really bad. The staf is very present and nice : just have to increase the English level a little. The restaurant food is very good. The problem is that there is only one restaurant in fact ... so at the end it’s a little bit boring because no other restaurants in the neighborhood. And at the end it’s a bit expensive. Otherwise the hotel is very nice : beautiful garden and nice beach (but dirty around the hotel). It’s a place where you just have to stay and have rest : nothing to do or to see around.

Great location

Beautiful setting, lovely hotel grounds with great pools. Disappointing Christmas dinner and service for whole stay very average, no attention to detail in restaurant, multiple times we were without drinks and had to flag down staff. An actual staffed kids club would be a great addition, currently only a very basic play room available.

Hotel decadente

Muchas cosas por mejorar para tener la categoría small luxury of the world. Muy por debajo de las espectativas. Personal excelente aunque no habla inglés y poco formado

Tolles Hotel mit ein paar Kritikpunkten

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgeschieden was natürlich Vor- und Nachteile hat. Die Ruhe fernab vom Massentourismus und der Stadt sind phantastisch. Man muss allerdings jeden Abend im Hotel essen das es nur zwei Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt und die Restaurants sind unserer Erfahrung nach nicht als solche zu bezeichnen und total runtergekommen. Das Essen im Hotel ist überteuert, es wird ausgenutzt dass es keine Alternativen in der Nähe gibt - eine Portion Penne Carbonara kostet beispielsweise 15€ und eine Margaritha 11€, man ist pro Abend dann mindestens 35€ los. Es gibt diverse Speisekarten, die Speisekarte die uns am ersten Abend vorgelegt wurde enthielt keine vegetarischen Gerichte, erst auf nachfrage hab ich eine separate Karte bekommen. Auf den Speisekarten am Pool gab es auch Pizza, wir hatten dann abends im Restaurant nachgefragt ob wir auch Pizza bekommen könnten, wieder wurde uns eine andere Karte gereicht. Das Menü ist also eher undurchsichtig. Das Frühstücksbüffet was gut und relativ abwechslungsreich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets um unser Wohlwollen bemüht allerdings waren vom ein oder anderen die Englischkentnisse mehr als mangelhaft. Die Zimmer sind großzügig man sollte aber erwähnen, dass sich bei dem Princess Zimmern das Bad im aussenbereich befindet. Ab und zu hatten wir auch kleine Eidechsen im Zimmer weil alles so offen und in freier Natur ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber, zumindest die offensichtlichen Stellen, in den Ecken wurde nicht sauber gemacht.

You wanna stay away from your city, this is it!!

It was amazing and really enjoyable. From the welcome to the leave, i was made to feel that i wanna come back here again. Nice and lovely staffs ever met. Overall, 5 stars from bottom of my heart. :)
