“This place was easy to find and parking was free! Clean room and right in the middle of everything Only thing was no breakfast…”

“As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!”

“We got there a little after checking and we tried to get into the building for like 20 minutes before anybody came down to let us in and check us in. We had to call corporate and they called someone to let us in because nobody was answering the doorbell onsite”

“Aweful smell. Stained sheets. Top bed linens smelled gross. Walls sticky and AC unit blew out worse smell than the room. Emailed for refund sine I was only in room for 20 minutes. Could not stay!!!”

“The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!”

“First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”

“Very clean rooms, EXTREMELY quiet that was so nice. The staff was helpful, I had made mistakes on my reservation but they helpfully accommodated to resolve them. The breakfast buffet was very lovely, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit. Room was clean and cool (I visited in summer) and dark. The only negative thing I would even have to come up with is they don't have the hot tub anymore, and if their pool is heated they need to turn it up a little in my opinion, haha!”
