โWe had a flat tire on our way so our check in was going to be 3 am. They were very accommodating. The front desk guy seemed to have a bit of an attitude but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and understanding. Very clean and quiet. We had a pet room and there was definitely an odd smell tlbut thats expecting with pets. My dog loved the hunt. The sheets smelled fresh and everything was comfortable. โ
โI stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood...
โMy stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly.
The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue.
I would stay here again for sure. โ
โThe room was really nice and updated. A few of the floor tiles were cracked and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom but overall it was in good condition. Breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly. โ
โThis property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels!
The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area.โ
