Always a lovely stay at this hotel… lovely rooms, clean, polite staff, excellent pool / spa, free parking (just ask when checking in for the qr), kids could swim until 7pm, even gave us a room with a bath because the staff knew I was taking my kids away for a “pamper night”… hearing and a heater in our room, great night sleep.. two happy kids and one happy Mum ha! Thank you

I always stay here as it’s a great place when doing a track day with Opentrack.co.uk at brands hatch. Just 50 meters from the front gates it’s perfect. Staff are always welcoming and nothing is to much bother.

So the rooms were clean and comfortable. Right next to brands hatch circuit. Pool was a bit on the cool side, took a moment to get accustomed to it, The biggest issue is outside... The carpark charges £10 a night for essentially a patch of dirt. Very few lights work, parking bays are too small, leading to some of the worst parking I've seen.

30min late for eggs to come out for breakfast. Had to pay for parking! Informed hotel it was my partners birthday but didn’t make an effort to do anything. Pool and spa very nice. Staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Slept well, lovely bed. Check out at 12 was nice.

Limited food choice in main restaurant as mainly Indian food. Ok for a one night stay but limited if you can’t eat Indian food. Fish and chips, steak etc other option but not imaginative. Our room was clean and appreciated the walk in show. But the springs were coming through our mattress!! Uncomfortable to say the least. Children running around the bar area. Throwing the cushions off the sofas. Screaming and playing tag. Parents and staff taking no notice. Went to our room at nine pm to get away from the noise! To our lumpy bed!! Such a shame as have been using this hotel for many years.
