What really made me angry was the “morning safari”: 20 minutes of being ferried to 3 selfie locations for 40+ minutes of selfies. I was insulted, angry, and genuinely upset. We arrived at 11pm, nobody was there in the reception, everything closed, TV on in their office and I can hear noise inside, but nobody answered the door despite many knocks. A horrible experience to drive half a night - advise the hotel - only for them to not listen and still close their office and then accept the money?! They don't have a website, and no proper information was provided for how to access the location of the hotel on the island (what pier to get on boat, where to meet contact person at the pier, times the boats operate, additional fee for park entrance at the pier, etc). “Da vi kom til hotellet ville de have betaling for værelset. De kunne ikke se at det var betalt. Så vi brugte lige 2 timer på at diskutere betimeligheden i at skulle betale for værelset en gang til - vi kom til at betale værelset 800 thb. De snakkede stort set ikke engelsk, men det lykkedes os da endelig at få dem overtalt til at lave en kvittering.Der var ingen mulighed for at gå på nettet og ad denne vej vise at værelset var betalt. ”
