“Nice view from the reception area. But a staff at the restaurant had an unpolite attitude. It would have been better if she had an attitude appropriate with hospitality business. Hotel is not an immigration office.”

“Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Loved the room and the water pressure in the shower was impressive to say the least”

“Room condition was not bad. staff service was good. but the room price was not cheap. and early check-in price was expensive.”

“깨끗하고 조용한 휴양지로 최적. 수영장 수질도 최상”

“Always trying to scam you in different ways. Claims we didn't pay the reservation despite it was paid for. Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night.”

“정말로 만족하는 호텔이며 특히 식당에서ㅜ일하는 모든 분들은 정말로 친절하고 음식도 깔끔하며 맛있었습니다”

We went for an all inclusive package, loved that we could have meals in different premium restaurants. It also felt as is the hotel really takes care to limit food wastage, so smaller buffets replenished quickly, rather than huge trays of food that goes to waste. The kids club was...
