Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague order room service and got food poisoning. The general hotel staff was very nice, but the front desk very unhelpful and kind of like non caring. We ran out as soon as we could find available lodging somewhere else. It was a nightmare, and Im still fighting to get a refund.

A very nice ambience for the special event that we went for.. It requires some upgrade.. WiFi in tbe rooms weren’t regular.. Hotel requires some detaild attention..

Gorilla Golf One Night Stay
The hotel was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a wide choice. I would stay again for a short overnight visit. However, the room was advertised as having a smart tv with Netflix. Definitely not a smart tv and there was only one local channel available. Also, the bar had no ice.

Gorillas Golf hotel was a good choice
Though often quite empty of visitors, our stay see was great. The only part that felt a bit 'off' was the speed of the service in the restaurant, but based on our experience throughout Rwanda, it was not unusual -- just slower than some Americans are comfortable with. GREAT GREAT friendly and helpful staff. VERY quiet area and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we were allowed for a quite late checkout on departure day -- VERY helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

Great hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.
The staff was really accomodating. This was my first time to Rwanda, and I was here for a business trip. They were patient and answered any and all questions I had. The only few minor critiques I had were related to the lack of variety of food available. Luckily there are a lot of cool restaurants in Kigali. The other problem was the business center not operating fully. We couldn't print anything, and had to contract outside for this service. Again not a big deal, and they were working to fix this issue. The Wi-Fi in general was EXCELLENT though. I never had trouble connecting and I could FaceTime with those back home easily. I would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel in Kigali city with good AC
I really enjoyed having air-conditioning in the room, plus something they plugged into an outlet to dissuade mosquitos, so there was no need to sleep under a net. The glass doors to the balcony were not sealed, so the noise and smell from outside came in the room. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit, but there was a shower curtain and wash cloths. The porter was extremely gracious, helping me each day with my bags as I left for excursions. The restaurant served a good buffet breakfast and had enough choices for dinner that i did not get bored. Some of the dishes seemed oversalted. Try the shrimp scampi. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

清潔、安全、安心でした。
室内の清掃も行き届いており、何よりもロケーションが静かで非常に快適に過ごせました。 市内までもタクシーで15分ほどと、アクセスも良いです。フロントの方々が皆フレンドリー、親切で何でも相談できてよかったです。すべてのお願いを聞いていただきました。（タクシーの予約・手配、値段交渉。持ち込みビールを開けるための栓抜きの貸し出し…１時間のチェックアウト延長を無料で実施など） ルワンダという国もとても美しく素晴らしい国でした。また滞在の際は、こちらに宿泊したいと思います。

Nice place to stay
Had problems with WIFI which was annoying as i wanted to skype my family. I chose the hotel for WIFI provision. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok, long wait to get served though (on african time)!

Business Trip
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel was fine without justifying the price tag. The positives were that room was comfortable (aircon is great and beds are large), the hotel is situated in a central and secure area (though not in town, if that is what you are after), it is quiet and the staff were attentive. The big negative is that the internet (essential for business travel) was sub-standard. On arrival, internet coverage in my room did not work at all and the modem had to be swapped. This did not rectify the issue and the only way that I could get decent internet access was to work in the lobby. There were a number of other business people in the lobby working during my stay, so I dont think that I was alone with this issue. Also, the room safe did not function although staff rectified this immediately. All in all, the hotel is fine without blowing one away. Lots of positives, but, for me, the lack of internet access was a damper for business.
