“Palacina is lovely. Staff goes above & beyond to make sure your experience is confortable. Manager Andrea customer service is outstanding, solving an issue I had on my very 1st night with them, She made sure I was happy & confortable. All reception staff is friendly as well as the kitchen. I enjoyed my Breakfast and my lovely last dinner at the property with them. Rooms are peaceful, spacious & well decorated. Location is great too. Indoor pool is lush. Thank you team, I will be gladly coming...

“The room was comfortable, though the sheets had a couple of burn marks on them. The arrival of breakfast at the door at 7:45am was an unwelcome surprise on my first morning, jetlagged and hoping to sleep in. The breakfast itself was also a bit disappointing...just boiled eggs (no salt), plain toast, and hot milk (no coffee or tea). Overall though, my stay was perfectly pleasant. The wifi worked well, and the hot water was good.”
