"Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a lot of good options. Only complaint is that room service did not come often and we had to go down to the lobby to request more towels a few times. "

"Checked into the hotel, everything was okay,paid the deposit, asked when did breakfast start, was told they only had tea & coffee. Finally went to the room, our key didn’t work so we had to ask staff to open the door for us before going back downstairs to get a new key. The main elevators wasn’t working so I had to use the side elevators which would take longer because everyone is using them. Asked to get some ice from the ice machine but was told the ice machine is broken. Noticed when checking in we only had 1 wash cloth, asked for more but was told they usually only give out 1 per room, which is confusing because why? When there are two travelers. The toilet wouldn’t flush right so we had to keep flushing it. Housekeeping came one time, took all of the towels and washcloths but returned nothing. Mind you this is a three day stay, I told the front desk they said they will drop some more towels off to my room, but none came. Overall I rate it 1/10. There isn’t really a lot of good amenities here but the AC. I noticed the bed was pretty comfortable, but as I was packing up I noticed the sheets really haven’t been changed, which is a health hazard. Honestly this hotel needs to be shut down, the staff was nice and friendly, but I would not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE UNTIL THEY REMODEL THE WHOLE BUILDING! "

"The location was excellent. The parking and the area surrounding the hotel was very safe, with many restaurants and stores for shooping. The room could use a little work, it felt warn down, the return air vent looked very dirty, as well as the room floor and needed more ilumination. We had daily housekeeping, but the floor really needed an extra scrub. We didn't like the breakfast, aside from the coffee, probably the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced in the last few years. The staff was kind and helped us resolve a problem upon arrival."

"Everything was so good. But all the walk-in showers only have half the doors and they that's how all showers are in the property. So you literally spill water all over the bathroom floor as there is no shower curtain or full door."

"The only problem I have experience with this hotel you cannot get your room clean up to a week if you need a towel you have to go downstairs to ask for towel. Anything you need you don’t get it. Everything have to be done one week after so when you decide to stay there for a week, you don’t get your bed change you don’t have any service. It’s not that if you get used to a luxury hotel you don’t wanna stay at the hotel sorry to be honest, but that’s my truth."

"This place is ok. I booked through Expedia because of the “set price” but was charged about $70 more. I booked a room with king size bed, city view and with a sofa in the room. When I checked in the concierge asked if I wanted the king or two beds, I was confused because of what I had already booked, so I said king. When we got to the room, it did not have the sofa which was meant to be the pull out for my son. When I called the front desk they said I have the room with the sofa and I told them I did not and I would like to request the rollaway bed it took them a minute to believe I did not have a pull out and eventually sent the rollaway. The reservation was for 3 guests and only 2 towels were in the room so I called the front desk again and requested additional towels they said at the moment they did not have any clean towels and they may have it later that night. They eventually brought the additional towels. I also asked what were the additional charges that brought my charges to $267 from $192. They said for parking and the rest were taxes. When I checked out I requested an itemized receipt and sure enough I was over charged about $30. I plan on disputing the over charge since I could not wait on a manager and I had an important meeting to attend. Also there was dust on the furniture. I didn’t like that there was no bathroom vent either so the bathroom got very moist and humid, even the floor was slippery. "
