"Clean room, safe property. A bit disappointing to be given a 3rd floor room with a dog. We were not educated that the door must be opened in a particular way or it will stick. Didn’t discover that until I had to go to the front desk because my kid was inside."

"No one was at the front desk when we arrived, and the lady was complaining there were no towels and she was waiting for a while for them. This place reeked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t even go under the covers the floors were disgusting. The bathtub was dirty and gross. There wasn’t even a trashcan in the place. I wouldn’t turn the lights off in fear that roaches might come crawling out. The only reason we stayed was because it was late & we had to wake up at four in the morning and it was close to the airport. I do not recommend anyone stay here. Such a waste of $! We should’ve just stayed at the airport."
