"A/C Broken in room and was not allowed a room change. Had engineering come to fix twice but they were unsuccessful. "

"I booked for a 2 night stay. The bed was so hard i thought of leaving on the first night. The second night was hard as well. Other than that the stay was okay bare bones, but good shower."

"I was visiting Brooklyn for a week and decided to stay here through 2 seperate bookings. The staff was excellent and very friendly and parking was easy. Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star because there were 2 roaches in the first room I booked so I had to stay with a friend most of the nights I was in the city. While I understand this is common in a big city like New York, I’ve stayed in Brooklyn many times and never had this problem."

"Breakfast was given to us in a bag. Location is questionable."

"Front doors were not locked. Room was dirty and bathroom had used old soap bars still in it as well as hair. Wallpaper was pealing and floors delaminating. Noisy guests and train. "
