The check in was easy and efficient with the front desk staff offering maps of local attractions and mentioning activities that were happening. Which was appreciated. The room was great, very clean and well laid out. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom clean. The motel location is in a quiet area surrounded by local amenities. I recommend Seven Oakes for an economical stay while in Kingston.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Supplies were low for toiletries and there was very little to use like cutlery, glasses, plates pots and pans.
The management was extremely nice and hospitable. The room we stayed in was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The Gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The motel is dated but worked well for us because it was walkable to restaurants, coffee and groceries.

The furnishings are decor are outdated but the room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Having a refrigerator and microwave was very convenient. I would gladly stay here my next time in Kingston.
The Hotel has been around for some time, so it is dated. The main building for check-in is very dated and musty, and does not smell good. The Owner is very polite, friendly and helpful. If you need anything, he is very accommodating. The rooms are very clean, well kept and smell nice. The beds were very comfortable. They have a HUGH AC/Heater unit that works great to cool down or heat up fast. Unfortunately, the grounds are not well kept. The pool is abandoned and has shrubbery growing out of it. There are no outside amenities for recreation except for an old basketball hoop. This is a good spot for a quick one or two-night stay while passing through, but nothing more in my opinion. Which is all we needed, and for the price, it was more than acceptable.
Absolutely lovely couple who own the motel. Rooms are dated and a little bit worn but they are clean and very comfortable. Main lobby could use a little love but don’t let that scare you away! We stayed a week and loved every minute of it
We had wonderful experience here. The beds are ultra super soft and comfortable. The beds and room is exceptionally clean. The manager/owner is super friendly and easy to deal with. It was overall a 5 star experience.
