"Amazing location! Literally sleeping next to the Theatre in Piccadilly!!! 😊. We booked the hotel to watch Les Mis which was absolutely incredible if you are thinking about a theatre trip. Easy check in. There was staff there to help with any hiccups. Friendly staff. Clean entrance with a few seats to charge phones etc. There was a really nice gym, not sure if you had to pay extra. Cafe area and more seating and work areas. Heads up, bag storage is £15 per suitcase and early check in £ 40. Room was super clean and very simple. No hairdryers or any frills but that's fine for what we wanted. Check out easy. Beautiful Japanese restaurant opposite called Shoryu . We had a fab time! "

"A decent location. Not far from st Paul's. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in our room but there were no instructions on how to work it and there was only three pods which were not replenished during our two night stay either. The hairdryer in the room wasn't working. The rooms were and dated yet clean. The main issue we had was that the water in the shower was never hot enough. It was only ever luke warm at best and this made showering an unpleasant experience. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but the bakery section and coffee was nice. I would give this hotel no more than 3/5 stars. Nothing flashy. Just very average accomodation in a decent location."

"Perfect location for exploring, extremely close to Borough Markets, Shakespeare's Globe and TATE. The litte cafe next door 'Crosby and Hope' is wonderful. Perfect for breakfast. "

"Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Super close to Southwark station. I never tried the breakfast. Seemed overprice but was busy. At check in they gave me keys and took money. No other info or anything was offered. The room was odd. Kind of like staying inside a milk carton. Plastic floor and the strangest bathroom pod. Self contained plastic unit placed in the corner. Feel like you could pressure wash the entire room. Came with one bath towel. No hand towels. Very limited amenities of any type. Was no remote when i got there but got that rectified. Tv was pretty bad. Imagine they break a lot. Was pixelated and slow. Hair dryer didnt work. Was in room 429. End of hall and there was some mechanical stuff there. Not sure if that was the issue or if it was my crazy bathroom, but there was a noise coming from behind the wall in the bathroom. Anout every 2 minutes or so. When i was awake was super annoying. Didnt keep me awake, but probably would some people. 2 of 3 lifts were broken. The queue for the lift was 20 people long at some points."
