Most of the rooms have been remodeled so it feels like a new hotel in a classic older Scottish building. Great owners, great service.

The owner was so warm, hospitable, and willing to help with any problems I had. He really went out t of his way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Breakfast was wonderful---lots of hotels and cold choices in a clean, cozy breakfast room. Parking lot was easy to enter and leave with ample space for all cars.

Great B&B

Nice B&B with a good location for seeing Kirkwall and all the sites around Orkney. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had the best, tastiest breakfast ever. Nothing fancy just really great tasting. The eggs were so fresh and I had the same thing all three mornings and it was very consistent. Room was great. Great location. Easy to find. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay that’s very comfortable. 11 out of 10 for breakfast!

Lovely B&B

Lovely B&B. Friendly check-in. Clean, comfortable and spacious room with a lovely ensuite shower room. Bed was very comfortable. Good location with car park at rear. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is great as many options. The host are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and will book this place next time I’m in Orkney.

Friendly guest house, with thoughtful touches making it a comfortable and unique place to stay. Breakfast is delicious and cooked exactly to order. Location is ideal, a short walk into the centre of Kirkwall, with amazing views out over the hills. Highly recommended!

The owner was very friendly and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, too. Very good stay experience, unfortunately only booked one night, hope to have the chance to visit kirkwall again

Great place. It is walking distance to shops and the harbour. Eric cooked super breakfasts that were tasty and filling. The hosts are eager to accommodate guests. The guest rooms are quiet with good amenities. I highly recommend it
