Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge Pigeon Forge
Very clean and well-appointed room. Easy and clean parking area but the outside door on the lobby floor needs replaced. Staff was courteous and helpful. The quality of breakfast could be improved but we would defiantly stay there again.

Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
Staff was courteous. The room had a few problems so had to get a different room. No tv signal, no hot water, telephone not working.
