Room was clean, which is always most important. Staff was friendly, housekeeping left a little note in our room with a water bottle which was a nice touch. The only hiccup was the elevators, only 2 out of 3 were working, and one of the 2 was hit or miss.

Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge
The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were very clean. Everything was unbelievably expensive though. We have a 3 and 1/2-year-old who was pretty small to do most of the fun stuff in the water park, though. The options were kind of limited. He was not really a baby but not really a big kid so ...

The staff was amazing, attentive, kind, and supportive! Thank you to Kim, Sherry, and Barbara! The hotel location was great - close to everything I needed..my room was awesome and daily housekeeping was an added bonus… Highly recommend this hotel!
