Front desk staff was helpful when needed. All 4 USB ports in room 208 were unusable due to being either crooked when installed or having been broken over time. The room was spacious and clean. The tub had a constant leak though

Great Experience!

We had to take an overnight trip to Maryville, Tennessee from 30 miles South of Atlanta Georgia, we arrived ahead of 3pm check-in and the room was already cleaned and ready and we were able to check-in early.Friendly staff went above and beyond. It was a safe area, just off I-75. There are lots of places to eat, get fuel or shop. If you are in the Lenoir City area I would definitely recommend this to others for their travels to Tennessee.

The staff was very nice, and there was a decent amount of space in the room, but our room was not listed in the directions when you get off the elevator (all other rooms directed either left or right), and the beds were very uncomfortable. None of us got a good nights sleep. There was a decent variety for breakfast, and what we had all tasted good, but it was all lukewarm, and we got there about 30 min after breakfast started.
