We were not satisfied with our stay. The reception did not respond to emails at all. We had small children and needed a cot. There was none. Everything was old, the doors did not close, it practically rained with the air conditioning. Terrible beds, ants everywhere. Even though they knew we had small children, we were accommodated on the hill in the bungalow furthest from the reception. The description of the accommodation is misleading. The beach is much further than stated when they accommodate you at the end of the world. The positive thing was that the bungalow was spacious. The bar was closed in the high season.

Bed was rock hard like one is sleeping on a sheet of Granite. When making inquiries at the front office nobody knew what we were saying and when our requests were acknowledged they were not followed through, ie room needs a good cleaning as it had dirty floors with a pop can under the bed when we arrived. Wasp nest by the shower at the pool was shown to staff and nothing done about it. One cabin up the hill had garbage underneath the house, very unkept looking/feel. There was an aggressive family of monkeys that went “trick or treating” every morning from cabin to cabin. Not enough chairs to sit on at the pool area for the amount of guests using the facility.

Okej men inte mer. Mysiga stugor men tyvärr ganska eftersatta. En ägare som skulle behöva gå en kurs i hur man bemöter gäster. Vår AC funkade knappt alls men efter några dagars diskussion installerades en ny. Små myror hade vi ständigt besök av. Bra poolområde men tyvärr problem med reningen så den var avstängd ibland. Kan bli en toppenställe om dom satsar lite och fixar till saker.

Good value accomadation on an expensive island

the bungalow that we had was vert spacious and had everything you need and was very clean, but somehow the place feels a bit soulless compared to may other places that we have stopped at in Asia. The pool is right next to a busy road so can be quite noisy at times, but if you walk up through the resort, at the top of the hill you will find another pool which I am not sure belongs to this complex, but is much more beautiful and serene and quite a few people besides ourselves were using this to relax in

Quiet, clean place close to the beach!

Quiet and comfortable place just by the main road. To access the beach just cross the road and walk 200m. Many good restaurants close by, either on the main road or on the beach. Close to a 7/11, an international clinic and a pharmacy. Friendly staff!

Vi fick frågan om vi hade några särskilda önskemål, varefter vi svarade att vi önskade ett rum med fin utsikt från vår balkong. Vi fick ett rum på bottenvåningen, utan balkong (men med en liten terrass) med utsikt in i en tre meter hög vägg. Vi bad om sen utcheckning, vilket förklarades vara omöjligt, trots att det fanns flera lediga rum. Och trots att vi förklarade att vi gärna betalade extra.

This property is in a good position close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are well set out and private. The staff were polite and helpful. My only criticism is the air conditioners were very old and needed the filters replacing or at the least cleaning as they made the rooms smell musty and unhealthy. overall good value for the money.

Bra mycket prisvärt boende.

Prisvärt boende bra planerad bungalow. Badrummet välplanerat med kaklad vägg och nedsänkning mellan dusch o resten av badrummet; gjorde att duschvattnet stannade där det skulle😊 Rejält stor dubbelsäng med en hel madrass och ett stort täcke vilket i alla fall vi gillar. Rent och fräscht. Storstäd var 3:e-4:e dag med byte av lakan o handdukar; dessemellan tömning av papperskorgar och påfyllning av vatten och te/kaffe varje dag. Fullt tillräckligt! Det vi saknade var sänglampor; fanns endast spottar i taket. Låg i en backe så en fick lite motion varje dag men det är ju bara bra... Fanns en pool som såg fin ut men som vi aldrig använde. Testade inte heller hotellrestaurangen The Grill vars meny var lite för ”västerländsk” för vår smak och saknade helvegetariskt alternativ.

Cheap and did the job

Reviews of hotels in Koh Lanta in the price range and area we were looking at all seemed quite similar, so I wasn't expecting much and it met my expectations. Room were basically furnished, power only worked when you had the key in the holder, so room was stuffy and hot after you had been out for a while. Got a few bugs in the bathroom also (through the extractor fan I think) so we had to keep door closed. We had a back balcony but sign on the door said out of order?! We were in room 104, towards front of resort. This used to be called the Lanta Garden Hill resort, and I went for a walkabout and up the hill it keeps going and there seem to be some refurbishment on many of the back units, and also another pool. We didn't use it though as the walk there was up a steep hill and would have gotten all sweaty getting back :) Pool could do with a paint and some nicer/newer furniture, it had a good amount of shade though, and pool was nice to use (previous hotel had a warm pool). We hired scooters for 200BHT/day, that was good and easy. Breakfast was disappointing, coffee wasn't great, often things ran out and you had to wait for ages before the one random person topped up with a few more eggs etc, one day there was no milk for the cereal. But lots of other options close by. About a 4-5min walk to beach next to 7-Eleven. Also hung washing out on the balcony and got asked to remove it. Not sure why. Restaurant The Grill onsite, but we didn't try.

Reception könnte freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Sonst Leute in Koh Lanta allesamt super nett und symphatsch. Bungalows sind gross und sauber. Nur ca.8min. zum nächsten Strand. Sehr Ruhig, da es an einem Hügel liegt. Wer nicht unbedingt ein Strandbungalow will und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Uns haben 2Nächte gereicht, da wir sowiso einen Stradbungalow bevorzugen. Alles in Allem GUT.

Schöne Bungalow Anlage

Wir haben ein Bungalow mit Frühstück für 17 Tage gebucht. Das Ein- und Auschecken erfolgte schnell und völlig problemlos. Zu unserem Bungalow sind wir mit dem Hoteleigenem Fahrzeug gebracht worden. Die Anlage ist als Bungalow Allee konzipiert und ist auf einem sanften Hang plaziert. Alle Bungalows sind großzügig geschnitten, haben eine schöne, möblierte, überdachte Terrasse. Das Badezimmer mit einem klar abgetrennten Duschbereich biettet genug Platz. Der Wohnraum ist ziemlich groß, das Bett sehr bequem, die Ablageflächen reichlich vorhanden. Im Vergleich zu vielen andern Hotels eine besonders ergonomische Positionierung des Safes. Die Handtücher weren täglich gewächselt, die Bettwäsche nach Wunsch. Zu dem 3 Kilometer langen, schönen und sauberen Long Beach etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Direkt vor dem Hotel findet man einen seven-eleven Laden, ca. 100 Meter links vom Hotel ein Restaurant mit einer kleinen Beckerei, sonst etliche Restaurants und klene lokale Geschäfte in Hülle und Fülle. Der gesamte südliche Long Beach Abschnitt wirkt noch vergleichsweise autenthisch thailändisch, keine Banken, Versicherungen und sonstige Betonklötze. Der Strand selbst wirkt noch ziemlich ursprüglich, die Strandhotels und Anlagen sind sanft in die Gesamtlandschaft integriert. Auf dem Strand viele kleine Bars. Besonders romantisch wirkte auf uns Sun Sunset Bar mit einem sehr leckeren Pad Thai Gericht und einem wunderbaren Mojito.

Pääpiirteittäin oikein mukava kokemus. Huone aika vanha ja kulunut, mutta perus siisti kuitenkin. Suurempia äänieristyksiä ei ollut, joten kaikki äänet kuului sisälle huoneistoon. Sängyt olivat tosi kovat ja patjojen jouset tuntuivat läpi, mutta muuten kaikki toimi hyvin!
