The host is just amazing

The small bungalow resort is close to the beach in a small pretty quiet street. It´s a 5 minute drive to the "city center". It´s a simple and typically thai resort. What was really special about it was the host (pan) because she made me feel like a part of her family. I would love to come back one day :)

Dirty room

I still don't understand how this "resort" has good reviews. We stayed there in February 2019 for 3 nights and it was a total disaster... In all our Asian trip, even in Singapore for the same price we had better! We took a standard garden view which was dark with only 2 small windows and none on the bathroom. About the "bathroom", just have a look on the picture, the shower is litterally on top of the toilet... It was also all the time smelling so bad... There is no safe lock and depends where is your bungalow but our was close to the main road which was really noisy the night with bars around. Also, we asked for an harbour pickup but the price of 200 Bahts was giving just 30 mins before our arrival pretending it was a free service... The only good thing is that it is located really close to the long beach.

Nära till strand och resturanger. Enkelt att boka daytrips och taxi i receptionen. Trevlig personal Puun och bang får dig att kännas som hemma!

Friendly and great value for money

We had a lovely stay at Smile Resort. The staff were great and the location was good. The rooms were nice, our only complaint was that the shower was only cold water and needed a new head really. It was fine though for us ans didn’t spoil anything. Breakfast was quite limited but again no problem for us and the free tea and coffee facilities were great.

Semester, sol & bad. Trevliga människor.

Man fick en känsla av att man var i en familj. Värdparet fick en att känna sig välkommen och det var lätt att få hjälp när man behövde. Enkla och trevliga människor. Mysigt ställe, nära till stranden på ena sidan och affär, bankomat och matställen på andra. Egen "tuck tuck" på Resorten som stod till tjänst när man ville in till stan eller till någon annan strand.

God service og imøtekommende personale. Koselige bungalower og uteområde, med kort vei (3 min.) til fantastiske Long beach. Her er det flere hyggelige restauranter for både lunsj og middag. Flere restauranter og butikker ved havneområdet, som du når med en tuk tuk på fem minutter til 120 baht.

Vi bokade 2 nätter, men trivdes så bra så det blev 6 till. Pun med personal var fantastisk, hjälpte till och bokade resor hit och dit. Upptäckte efter 4 nätter att man skulle sätta ut en skylt på dörrhandtaget att man vill ha städat, denna kunde man ju självklart sätta ut varje dag. Badrummet va de enda man kan anmärka lite på, men helt ok för de pengar vi betalade! Vi kommer tillbaka!!

Lovely place

I don't wonder why it's called Smile Resort; the couple who is running the place were always smiling and ready to help. They even offered us medicine and ride to hospital when we got food poisoning. Staff was always ready to help with everything. Room was ok, nothing special but nothing to complain either. 2 min walk from beach. Lovely stay, we would go again! Wifi worked okay.

Great place with the best staff!

This was my first trip to Thailand ever and the staff made sure I had the best time of my stay. Resort is in great location, 1min from Long Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great rooms. And the best of all, the staff! Made me feel like home! Will absolutely go back there next time I visit Koh Lanta!
