โTerrible experience with LantaWhiterock. As other reviewers have experienced, our booking was also cancelled a few days before despite us booking months prior.
Eventually, with the help of hotels.com, we were put up in another hotel nearby.
Terrible hotel that overbooks and then cancels at the last minute when finding alternative accommodation is hard. Would not recommend.โ
โAnda Lanta was quiet and peaceful. The resort is off the beaten path, about 30-40 minutes south of Saladan Pier. The resort is situated on a beach, which makes beach access convenient. The views are great and the Pearl Restaurant was very good! Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful. Our ferry from Koh Lanta to Phuket was cancelled through the night. We asked the reception, and they called the ferry service, confirmed the cancellation and refund, then scheduled us a private van from the resort...

โWe had a fantastic time! They were wonderfully eco-conscious which is very important to us. The staff was friendly and super helpful. My husband hurt his leg and we had to go to the clinic, the wonderful staff at Narima arranged the entire thing. We had an awesome time and definitely encourage others to stay!โ

โHighly recommend this hotel - we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with pool. Good sized pool set in a garden with indoor/outdoor kitchen and lounge area. Good sized bedrooms each with en-suite with outdoor shower. Beds v comfortable. Fresh water and fruit platter delivered daily. Monkeys sometimes visit too! โGreat modern and friendly. Our best stay in Koh Lanta. Close to the amazing Horizon beach bar/night club. Recommend to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff. We asked for ice and they had none. Immediately they drove to nearest 7-eleven and got us some. Thank you for an amazing stay.โ
โThe Alama was great all around. Some hotels claim to be something they are not but the Alama was what is said to be and more. The pool was amazing. The view canโt be beat. The staff is always curious trusting and helpful. We immediately extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and are sad to leave โ
โWe had a lovely time staying here. It was just a short walk from the beach. The room was cute and clean. The staff were wonderful and helped us arrange excursions and transport. No elevator available so if stairs arenโt possible for you than donโt book. Otherwise it was great! โ
