Incredible place. Beautiful beach, lovely staff. It was the most delightful stay. For people looking for insight, the accommodation is comfortable, no hot water, no AC, it's difficult to get to - I think this makes it perfect! But it's not a shopping, nightlife, convenient place. I think it's paradise

The property is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and can understand most English. One big thing to keep in mind is it’s only accessible by a boat or by a taxi service that has 4x4 capability! It can be costly if you plan on making trips to town everyday

The resort is on an isolated beach, you can reach it only with taxi boats or a 4X4 car. No hot water on the bathroom, no fridge and no closet. The Staff and the restaurant are good and collaborative. Too isolated , good for relax a couple of day

Impossible to get to without using their shuttle that you have to pay additional for. The drive from the port or any town is about 30-40 min drive after getting through the dirt road. Don't go on your bike or car, only an ALL WHEEL DRIVE vehicle. Trucks can go through this road. You can go to nearby towns by boat (we didn't use that option). The property is neat the owners are nice and an amazing beach is right there. So if you want to be in the middle of nowhere for a week or so, this is the place to go to.

Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et très confortables, un armoire ou des crochets au mur et c’est parfait Excellent rapport qualité -prix ! Hélas, lorsqu’on s’attend à petit déjeuner inclus, on est vite dessus, notamment qu’il s’agit d’une manœuvre commerciale. Impossible de prendre une autre formule, Mel sinon veut bien payer un supplément Les serveurs sont les rigolos qui vous rient au visage, si vous dînez dans ce restaurant au menu large, optez pour la cuisine thaï, le reste ne vaut pas la peine Et faites attention au prix, les erreurs sont à l’ordre du jour

24 hours before visiting this property make sure you contact the hostel to ask them to pick you up from the pier- we didn’t & had a very difficult/expensive job of getting there. The hotel doesn’t make this clear enough. The staff and beautiful scenery at this hotel made our stay- very helpful & friendly staff. Very isolated location so could only really go to hotel restaurant but food was good. We stayed in a cottage which wasn’t comfortable to say the least- no AC which is what we expected but the fans were awful & you couldn’t stop them rotating so far too hot. Bird aviary right next to our cottage so very noisy & bed too hard- thankfully could sleep on the beach the next day! Overall, would recommend this property but would say stay in a room rather than a cottage as these looked much nicer.

Tolles großes Zimmer direkt am Traumstrand mit Hängematte an der Terrasse. Am Kaffee muss gearbeitet werden Schmeckt leider nicht. Sonst hervorragendes Essen.

We loved our stay!

We stayed three nights in a basic bungalow for a really great price! Beautiful and fairly quiet beach, family friendly. As budget backpackers, though, be prepared for higher priced food and drinks on this beach area. It's quite isolated, but there's a small town just a few km's away. The staff here we're especially nice, relaxed, and fun! We also really enjoyed the sitting in the comfy bar/restaurant area, and the music. Would definitely recommend!

I can't recommend this place, as I paid for air conditioning, but then they turned it off between 10 am and 6 pm! That, and *all* the electricity was turned off between 4 pm and 6 pm...

Amazing beach. Room a little disappointing

Very inexpensive room on a beautiful beach, however it is very remote (about 20km from the pier with the last 3km dirt tracks. Only accessable by 4x4). Room was a little disappointing as the bathroom had a lot of ants and there was only one plug. Also no electricity 4-6pm daily. Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered a transfer to and from full moon party for 600b pp. The food is also a little disappointing with few options, given the location.

Best ac rooms on bottle beach

I booked a room at bottle beach 2, then changed to bottle beach 1 and moved again to Haad Khuad. The AC rooms on the beach were the best out of the 3 resorts I stayed in. The others were basic huts on the beach and I preferred something a little more comfortable.

Sehr schönes Hotel!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel was ich auch gerne weiterempfehle! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es jedoch trotzdem die uns störten. Leider hatten wir keine Steckdosen im Badezimmer und auch nicht im Zimmer vor dem Spiegel. Nur an den beiden Bettseiten waren welche vorhanden. Mag banal klingeln aber für Männer die sich rasieren wollen oder Frauen die sich gerne die Haare föhnen, ohne den Spiegel von der Wand zu rupfen um ihn neben das Bett zu stellen ist das doch sehr ungünstig gelöst. Aber bis auf diese Kleinigkeit ist es ein bezauberndes Hotel mit sehr nettem und Hilfsbereiten Personal! Ach ja kleine Randnotiz :) zwischen 16-18 Uhr gibt es keinen Strom ^^

Eigentlich ganz gutes Hotel, aber...

Tolle Lage, relativ gute Bungalows. Nur leider keine air condotion und kein warmwasser bei uns. Alles noch ok, aber dann wurden wir vergessen abzuholen, bei unserem Transfer zum Pier und haben die Fähre verpasst, so wie 6 Stunden vom Urlaub verschenkt.

Det er et fantastisk sted, stranden findes ikke bedre, at vågne op på Bottel er så smukt, med 10 meter til vandkanten, når du åbner din dør, findes ikke mange stedet i Thailand, her er fred og ro, man kan kun blive lykkelig af at bo på Bottel

We absolutely loved our stay at Haad Khuad Resort. The beach is absolutely breath taking. Our bungalow was right on the beach, a little basic but clean and tidy. Staff were amazing, honestly the loveliest group of people we have met. Yod was fantastic. Hotel a little far from everything but honestly once you see the beach you'll be more than happy to stay where you are! The hotel put on a taxi service to get you around and to the full moon party. Food in restaurant beautiful and reasonably priced. Cannot put into words how much we loved Haad Khuad and will definitely be back.
