Not the best beaches on the north coast. Restaurant is for tourists, not for those looking for authentic Thai cuisine. Pool and rooms are great. Highly recommend renting a motorcycle and going out to other beaches.

When you arrive the front desk seems to be super chaotic but they are very helpful if you just ask for what you need. We could check in at 12pm no problem and they arranged a taxi every time we wanted to leave the resort. There is no grab on the island so taxi or renting a motorbike is the way to get around. The pool area and beach is super nice. A few local restaurants within walking distance and a tops convenience store which was great. Surrounding areas of the resorts is slightly messy but the room was super clean and comfortable.

I started to think I had booked the wrong resort when I looked into the reviews…..I was very wrong! The hotel was lovely, one of our favourites we stayed in during our Thailand trip. The room was huge, the bathroom was big with hot water. The staff were so helpful at the desk and sorted our air con issue (wasn’t that cold) within about 10mins. We had a sea view from our balcony which was lovely. The restaurant was also great, well priced and we all enjoyed each meal we had! Also there is a tops daily 3 min walk from reception for snacks! Would recommend and will stay again!

Nice location

Great location right on the beach, sunset view is amazing, room was really nice with super comfy beds and nice fresh linens and towels. Housekeeping was excellent. The downside of this hotel is the beach bar / pool area. The music is up so loud all day and just playing the same songs on repeat - can be heard even when snorkelling as it is so loud. The staff at the beach bar were not very polite and you must pay for umbrella and chairs even if you are a guest of the hotel which was disappointing compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel was nice and my room was steps away from the beach. The front desk staff is great but the bar/waiter staff is horrible. The young man with the bun hair cut is the wrong person to be running a bar restaurant. Very rude and is toxic to the entire staff. If I owned a restaurant or bar on the beach where you pay a little more the he would not be the one I would would want representing my brand. The pool was like a sauna as well. With all this being said it os a great hotel. Nice rooms , cool air conditioning and safe. Great restaurants 10 mins away by scooter.

Very good except the mattress

The place is great. It was during the confinement period so the hotel was empty. The pool is clean, the service at the restaurant was good. The cleaning ladies were efficient. The people at the front desk were very helpful. My only complain is about the mattress. It was too hard for me so I kept waking up. Some nights i even woke up up to 5 times. They offered help but they said they didn’t have other types of mattresses. This is the only reason I left the resort, otherwise I would have stayed one more week.

Jättebra läge på stranden,Skön säng o jättebra o fint badrum med stor dusch. Det enda negativa jag skulle påstå är personalen på de båda restaurangerna. Unga ohyffsade människor med 0 servicekänsla. Maten vet jag inte då vi valde att äta på grannhotellet där de var så trevliga o serviceinriktade.

Perfekt, wenn man es abends ruhig mag und das Meer gerne direkt vor der Tür hat. Ohne Roller / Taxi ist man allerdings kaum in der Lage, die Gegend zu erkunden. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber sauber.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wir waren 3 Tage im Anfang November dort. Da noch Nebensaison war, war es sehr ruhig und leer - was Fluch und Segen zugleich ist. Einige Restaurants/Bars in der Umgebung hatten geschlossen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Lage des Resorts traumhaft - alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Im großen Ganzen ok

Im gesamten Hotel lagen überall Plastikteile, z. B. Flaschen, Tüten, einzelne Schuhe usw. Die Zimmer wurden auch nicht gut geputzt. Freundlich war die junge Frau an der Rezeption, die auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Das Personal im Restaurant ist freundlich, aber bringt viel falsch. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel an einem super schönen Strand. Der hotelstrand war sauber und der Pool war auch sehr schön.

Finns potential att bli riktigt bra.

Ett mycket fint hotell med fantastisk omgivning. Dock saknades den rätta känslan på hotellet. Renoveringar, byggmaterial och skräp överallt. Ett stort plus till restaurangen Big-O i närheten av hotellet, fantastiskt mat och överlägsen service.
