The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown.

Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events.

Everything keeps in the brand standard it suppose to be. Large and cozy room and nice view. Close to train station. One drawback is the room decoration amd facilites such as a/c control is outdated, renovation and refurbishment are definitely in needed.

Breakfast was great as well as the general menu. Lobby was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location fantastic for the connection to transit and the tram. Didn’t like having to pay for the pool and sauna though as I thought they should be free, just like the gym. Still overall a great place to spend a few days.

I booked a none smoking room so was surprised to be booked into one that smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff did book us efficiently into another room at no extra cost. The breakfast is outstanding and the area very convenient. 15 walk to Sannomiya and next door to the train station.

The perfect place to stay when catching the bullet train the next day. There’s a covered walkway that gets you quickly to the station. The breakfast was the best we had in our month in Japan. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the quiet of our room.

Great hotel convenient to train station

Lots of room, clean with great shower. Good buffet breakfast. Very convenient with covered walk to train station. The only negative was that the bed pillows were way too soft even using 2 of them.

The facility itself is getting old and dated, reminiscent of the days before the economic bubble burst. Updating the facility by removing old carpeting and updating the bathrooms will renew the hotel for a modern feel. Convenient location for travelers and a great breakfast buffet.
