"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "This hotel was something else. To our surprise the rooms are two floors. Which worked out great for our family. The two restaurants in the resort are amazing. We ate dinner at the Japanese restaurant and we are still taking about how good it was. The beds were so comfortable and sleeping with the sound of the ocean was next level. Kids loved the pool and beach too. I found colorful seashells and sea glass. The breakfast was also so good and we ate outside so not only was the service great but also the view. We used the onsen and foot onsen and it was so relaxing. We hope to come back soon."
