"Living Space: The area is compact and organized, with an efficient kitchen joining a large room with bed. The lofted ceilings make it roomier and uncrowded. Kitchen was well equipped. Patio area is spacious with nice view. Sunrises are gorgeous. Bathroom: Large space with walk-in shower. No tub. Large mirror above sink. Water pressure was excellent and hot water was plentiful. Towels are large and soft. Cleanliness and Amenities: My unit was spotless and well equipped. Large tv has Netflix, Prime, etc. (You use your own login). Overhead fan made a/c unnecessary (I was there in January, summer time). Health and Well Being: Tap water is filtered. No need to buy bottled water. Expect some insects; this is the South Pacific. You'll find geckos all over, including the bed. But they eat most of the annoying pests. All windows and patio doors are screened. Area is quiet. However, free range chickens are common in S. Pacific, so if early morning roosters bother you, cheap earplugs can fix that. Overall: Highly recommend Muri Retreat. Hosts go out of their way to orient you and make sure everything goes smoothly. "We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend the resort had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional. The accommodation was clean and tidy, bed fantastic, the window coverings however need a little attention. Eg broken blinds and ripped nets. Overall really happy. Thank you"

"A very clean and comfortable cabin in a fantastic location, just steps away from Muri Lagoon with a great view. The free kayaks were a big bonus and very handy to use. We did have a slight issue with the washing machine not working, which was the only hiccup, but as it was during Christmas it was difficult to get a technician and the host genuinely tried her best to help. Overall, a great stay and we really enjoyed our time here."

"Our villa had everything that we needed for our week. The villa itself is incredible! The modern beach styling and large decks on two levels made for a relaxing retreat to listen to the waves lap up in the lagoon. The breakfasts were plentiful and the appliances and outdoor grill were clean and newer. The loungers around the pool and the spa tub made for lazy afternoons when we weren’t exploring the area. The villas are a short walk from the Muri Night Market and have easy access to the local bus. I want to specifically mention the services team that brought us our daily breakfasts and serviced our villa daily. They were friendly, courteous, and made for a wonderful week in Rarotonga. I highly recommend including the Crystal Blue Lagoon Villas in your next vacation to the Cook Islands. "

"Loved our stay at Mamas luxury villa, house was clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a favourite for us, there are a few bugs flying around but thats to be expected and didnt annoy us too much. Other than that we could not fault the property. Check in was a breeze and communication was very prompt. Also a bonus having the Muri Night markets at the end of the driveway. Would easily stay here again. "
