“The room itself is lovely nice an roomy beds are comfortable and you're able to cook if needed, the huge plus with this room is the owner Ryoji he bent over backwards to help us, honestly couldn't be happier and would recommend this to anyone. unfortunately we got sick at our stay here Ryoji took us to the chemist two times an made sure we got the correct medication. ”

“非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了”

“This place was incredible! We loved our stay so much that we are going to visit again at a time we can stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the slopes were right at the doorstep with a ski school for kids and sledding too. Transportation was available to take us to dinner at other places. The restaurant on site was exceptional, the breakfast was so good each day and then we had dinner with live music and had the most wonderful night. Highly recommend!”

“The accommodation was better than expected. The internal balcony made the room more usable and it felt larger than we expected. It was lovely to sit on the balcony to unwind and look at the view. The private dining experience (i think this is standard for those choosing the 1/2 board option) was a highlight. Course after course delughted us. The wait staff were excellent, very attentive and explained things well to us. Their patience was amazing, given our poor to non existent Japanese. It is...

“15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.”
