We had the most amazing stay at the hotel. Our first Christmas away and it sure won’t be the last. The hotel had it all, a great variety of activities and facilities to use - great gym, pools and beach club. The staff were great and so friendly, especially Alex who made us feel very welcomed!

Absolutely beautiful resort, gastronomic food, pristine beach, elegant pools including beautiful olympic size pool, spacious and ultra clean rooms, wide range of physical activities for all level of fitness and wellness activities yoga/massage/hydrotherapy/cold plunges/etc... Great hotel, everything was high quality and the staff is very attentive. Would love to come back. The only thing I would change is the noisy paddle-session that lasts 1-1,5 hours with loud party music between 11am and 12 which is annoying to all others trying to have a chill morning by the pool.

This place is amazing! The Olympic sized pool is spectacular. Breakfast was perfect with a beautiful view Highly recommend. It has to be the best hotel in the area

The hotel said on the beach BUT it actually a false advertisement. The beach is a walking across the road to get into access. They told us that hotel access is free BUT you have to paid in order to use the facilities, buy a drink or food in order to used the facilities. I was not happy about this.

We loved our room and the view it had. Their bathrooms are the kind you wish you have in your dream home! Their staff is extremely friendly and kind. The Olympic pool was fantastic, although we didn’t spent as much time there since we were exploring the famous beaches in the area. The highlight from the breakfast is the fruit selection and that they make eggs to order in any style of your choosing. It’s a car ride to Ao Nang and there aren’t many things to do around the hotel. Note that hotel gives you beach access through a beach club across the street. They only provide bean bags and there are better beaches in the area but this beach was still good for a walk. Overall we loved Varana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It was a great find and a highlight of our trip.

I really enjoyed my stays there.The staff was so nice that upgraded us to horizontal ocean room. It looked fabulous. Everything was outstanding from comfort to cleanliness. U should check out their cafe and restaurant called Nook which located in the resort. It was really delicious. Highly recommended if u ever come to Krabi. u wont be regretted !!!

We stayed at Varana Krabi during our honeymoon last month and truly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent, and the hotel amenities were fantastic. We especially loved the pool and swim-up bar, as well as having access to the beach club—it was perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset views. Our room was lovely, with a clean, neutral, and calming ambiance. We also received a complimentary NAAM session, which we really enjoyed, and we added a massage—it was one of the better ones we had during our time in Thailand. The area around the hotel is much quieter than Ao Nang, which was exactly what we were looking for. There are still a few restaurants and beach bars nearby, so it’s convenient without feeling crowded. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was tasty, and breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options each morning. On our last night, we dined at their Sala restaurant—the food was good, though we were expecting slightly more bold flavors. Overall, Varana Krabi provided a relaxing and memorable stay, with beautiful sunsets, peaceful surroundings, and excellent amenities. We would happily recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
