“Property change a few days before arrival. Was disappointed as I had very intentionally selected the original hotel to be close to Kazmierz and now we would be closer to the Rynek and Galeria Krakowska. Unsure why Aloft moved us, was simply told there was an issue and they were moving us. The new place was wonderful and a bit bigger. We loved it. Just not the location I had preferred.”

“To mój kolejny pobyt w budynku - wcześniej w innych apartamentach. Tym razem również bardzo komfortowo i wygodnie. Zachwycona jestem lokalizacją - blisko do restauracji, bezproblemowy dojazd autem. "This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didn’t get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me “reception has no internet neither.” Sorry”. That’s all. It means this Hotel didn’t recognize they lost internet during long time. Besides the towel has a stain. I don’t recommend this hotel."
