A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. Out of the 3, I take 1) very seriously. When I called them for the check-in instruction, they didn’t know why it happened nor they seemed to care why it happened. The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. "The place was nice. The beds were a little terrible though. There's two upstairs rooms, you have to go through the one with the queen bed to get to the one with the two floor futons. 3 out of 5 of the beds were subjectively very uncomfortable. It felt like springs were pushing into your back / side as you slept. All the guests that slept on those beds mentioned it. Other than that though the location is amazing, the place was good. Fairly spacious and fairly nice all around! "
