"The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night. "

It's clean, spacious, and got everything you could want to make your stay comfortable, i.e. washing machine, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, pjs, slippers, plenty of towels, etc. Aya and Saichi are such nice, friendly hosts to help you with all your needs."

"Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. Very nice location too. We were also able to do laundry!"
